3 on the 21st: Books!

School season is upon us. While none of us are experiencing back to school in our home this year, we do have three books, well book series, on repeat. I love that our kids enjoy stories and have so many opportunities for reading. Hopefully that will continue!
The Adventures of Sophie Mouse
Sophie and her other woodland friends are a delightful crew experiencing early childhood together. The first in the series, A New Friend, happens to be about starting school and welcoming new classmates.
Magic School Bus
A classic at this point. Ms. Frizzle is an imaginative and inspired teacher, who takes her fifth grade class on many adventures to explore the world of science.
Zoey and Sassafras
A girl, Zoey, and her pet cat, Sassafras, use scientific principles to help magical creatures that come to her for help. The author actually does quite a good job explaining how to incorporate the scientific method and inquiry through story.
Guess we are starting young in embracing curiosity!
